  7. Binkd (Binkley daemon) is a next generation Fidonet mailer designed exclusively 
  8. to operate via TCP/IP networks. As a FTN-compatible internet daemon, it makes 
  9. possible efficient utilization of TCP/IP protocol suite as a transport layer in
  10. FTN-based (Fido Technology Network) networks.
  11. Binkd is being developed and distributed under the terms of GNU public license.
  12. In short, it's freeware and it's sources are freely available. Development team 
  13. is lead by Dima Maloff (2:5047/13), maloff@tts.magadan.ru.
